My dashboard is empty, blank, or not showing my events

In order to keep your dashboard clean and orderly, we show current and future events when you log in. If an event has a start date in the past, it is unlikely to appear on the dashboard when you first log in. Follow the steps below view events not listed:

  • Change the timeframe from "Current & Future Events" to "All Past Events" using the dropdown menu.
  • Your event may have been archived. To view archived events, select "Archived Events." (To unarchive an event, select the event > Event Info & Settings > Unarchive Event)
  • Check the Team Selection dropdown (if applicable), to view a different Team.
  • Check to make sure you are signed in to the correct account. Many clients have multiple users, but may only use one or two log-ins for event creation and management.

If you are still unable to find your event, submit a request for support.
