Log into Event Farm, and confirm the event appears on your Dashboard under Current and Future Events.
If the event does not appear under Current and Future Events, create a new event in the future, or edit the past event details - Event Details > Edit Event Details - so the event starts in the future.
If the event does not appear on your Dashboard under any of the date filters, ask the event organizer to add you as an Event User in the event’s Event Settings.
