Dynamic Elements are HTML code that pull information from the event and populates that information in emails sent to guests. Event Organizers can use Dynamic Elements in email designs to personalize emails and share event information without manually typing details.
Event Farm provides more than twenty Dynamic Elements. The table below displays the different Dynamic Elements available for each Message Type.
To insert a Dynamic Element in an email design, place your cursor where the Dynamic Element should appear, and select the Dynamic Element from the options above the email editor. The Dynamic Element will be inserted, and look like "[GUEST_FIRST]".
If a Dynamic Element is not entered or inserted correctly, the Dynamic Element information will not populate within the email sent to guests. Some Dynamic Elements, such as guest information and QR codes, will not generate for test messages. To see these elements populated, go through the same RSVP or registration flow your guests will.
