If you sold tickets for your event, and you did not submit information for your payment processor to Event Farm, the funds were collected and held in Event Farm's Stripe account. More information about Event Farm's Stripe account and withdrawal limits is available here.
To receive funds by ACH transfer
Select the event > Event Info & Settings > Withdraw Funds. Enter the withdrawal amount, then Make Withdrawal. Download and complete the ACH Authorization form, then Submit a Request and attach the completed form.
