You can't use Event Farm if you can't access your account! Below are the four most common issues with signing in, and some things you can do to get back into your account.
Unable to log in
If you are unable to log in to your Event Farm account, ensure the email address entered is your log-in email address.
"Invalid email and password combination" message
This message will appear if the email address and password are entered incorrectly, or do no match. Please enter the correct email address and password to continue. If you recently reset your password (and know you are entering it correctly) and are seeing this message, it's likely your browser is sending old, incorrect data to Event Farm. Clear your browser's web data (Step #5), quit your browser, re-open, and try again.
Reset password
If you need to reset your Event Farm account password, visit our login page and select Forgot Your Password. After entering your email address, an email containing a link to reset your password will be sent. In order to keep your account secure, your new password must meet the following requirements:
- 8 or more characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters
- At least one number
- At least one special character

Account is locked
If an incorrect password is entered five times, your account will be locked. Please contact us to request your account be unlocked.
