My dashboard is empty, blank, or otherwise not showing my events

In order to keep your dashboard clean and orderly, we only show upcoming events when you log in. If an event has a start date in the past, it is unlikely to appear on the dashboard when you first log in. Follow the steps below to find the "missing" events:

  • In the top-right corner, change "Date: All Upcoming Events" to "Date: All Events"
  • Your event may have been archived. To view archived events, select "Date: All Events", then "Only Show Archived". (To unarchive an event, select the event > Event Utilities > Unarchive Event"
  • Check to make sure you are signed in to the correct account. Many clients have multiple users, but may only use one or two log-ins for event creation and management

If you are still unable to find your event, submit a request for support.
