In order to keep your dashboard clean and orderly, we show current and future events when you log in. If an event has a start date in the past, it is unlikely to appear on the dashboard when you first log in. Follow the steps below to find the "missing" events:
- Change the timeframe from "Current & Future Events" to "All Past Events"
- Your event may have been archived. To view archived events, select "Archived Events". (To unarchive an event, select the event > Event Settings > Unarchive Event"
- Check the Team Selection dropdown (if applicable), to view a different Team.
- Check to make sure you are signed in to the correct account. Many clients have multiple users, but may only use one or two log-ins for event creation and management.
