In order to keep your dashboard clean and orderly, we only show upcoming events when you log in. If an event has a start date in the past, it is unlikely to appear on the dashboard when you first log in. Follow the steps below to find the "missing" events:
- In the top-right corner, change "Date: All Upcoming Events" to "Date: All Events"
- Your event may have been archived. To view archived events, select "Date: All Events", then "Only Show Archived". (To unarchive an event, select the event > Event Utilities > Unarchive Event"
- Check to make sure you are signed in to the correct account. Many clients have multiple users, but may only use one or two log-ins for event creation and management
