Starting January 1, 2019, all new events will use Canvas to create event websites. Canvas offers a variety of beautiful, responsive templates to help you get started. Web Presence / Design Layout and the content of this article - will no longer be available after December 31, 2018.
There are a few things about your event that may require Event Farm to implement or change for you. While this list is not exhaustive, here are some common things.
Web page and email design layouts built by Event Farm
Art and design files should be sent in layered Photoshop (.PSD) files. It allows for flexibility, allowing Event Farm designers to more quickly and accurately implement the design into an event.
Contact Event Farm with any questions before beginning work on layouts and graphic assets.
Any changes to web and email design layouts built by Event Farm developers require contacting your Customer Success Manager. The initial artwork implementation may take up to 72 business hours, and changes after the implementation may take up to 72 business hours. Changes may be subject to an additional charge.
Redirect a domain to an Event Farm event page
Privately-owned domains can be redirected to a public registration or public purchase page. Contact your Customer Success Manager with the domain name, and event name. Your Customer Success Manager will provide the IP address needed to redirect your domain.
Domains can not be redirected to an invitation page, as invitations each have a unique web address.
