Event Info is the place to see when and where the event will take place, information about ticket blocks (if applicable), and a high-level overview of number of guests and revenue
Public Site: The main event page
Public Site Email: The email address from which invites and other event emails originate
Transfer: Allows guests to transfer their tickets to someone else, if tickets are set to transferable
Waiting List: Allows guests to enter their information so they may be contacted if more tickets become available
Invite Reveal: The web page on which guests will enter their email address to find their invitation (only appears if Event Settings > Allow for Invitation Reveal is set to Yes)
Event Guests information is updated periodically. Creating tickets or sending invitations may not cause the numbers to change in real time.
Confirmed Guests: Number of guests who have confirmed yes
Current Exposure: Number of publicly available tickets and confirmed and unconfirmed invitations
Potential Exposure: Number of publicly available tickets, confirmed and unconfirmed invitations, and invitations in ticket blocks not yet sent
Guests Checked-In: Number of guests checked in to the event
Time Until Event
A countdown to the start of the event
Shows the total amount collected from guests
Withdraw Funds: Choose the amount you would like to withdraw from the event (Event Farm retains 20% of net revenue for 30 days after the event, to cover refunds and chargebacks)
View Purchases / Process Refunds: See the name and email address for guests who have purchased, as well as the purchase amount, credit card type, option to print or email the receipt, and the time of the transaction. Select the dropdown menu to the left of the guest’s name to see the ticket types purchased.
Details about the tickets assigned to someone else, including the Ticket Type and number of tickets allotted, and the users for that ticket block.
