Using Dynamic Elements in emails

Dynamic Elements are HTML code that pulls information from the event and populates that information in emails sent to guests. Event Organizers can use Dynamic Elements in email designs to personalize emails and share event information without manually typing details.

Event Farm provides more than twenty Dynamic Elements. The table below displays the different Dynamic Elements available for each Message Type.

To insert a Dynamic Element in an email design, type open bracket > Insert or type the Dynamic Element > Type close bracket. A complete Dynamic Element looks like this: [GUEST_FIRST]

Dynamic Elements must be entered inside of open and closed brackets, and must be all capital letters. If a Dynamic Element is not entered or inserted correctly, the Dynamic Element information will not populate within the email sent to guests.
