If your event sold tickets, and you did not submit information about your payment processor to Event Farm, the funds were collected and are held in Event Farm's Stripe account. More information about Event Farm's Stripe account and withdrawal limits is available here.
To receive funds by ACH transfer
Select the event > Event Info > Withdraw Funds. Enter the withdrawal amount, then Make Withdrawal. Download and complete the ACH Authorization form, then Submit a Request and attach the completed form.
To receive your funds by check
Select the event > Event Info > Withdraw Funds. Enter the withdrawal amount, then Make Withdrawal. Submit a Request, and include the payee's first and last name, and the mailing address to which the check will be sent.
