Ticket Blocks for Ticket Block users

A Ticket Block is a way to give tickets to donors, sponsors, or others who will be responsible for inviting and managing their guests.

To invite guests, select Invite/Add Guest.

  • To invite an individual: Select New Contact and enter first name, last name, and email address. Select the number and type of invitations, as well as the Creation Method. Select Send Invitation when ready.
  • To invite a list of guests: Select New Group, then the guest list file. Select the number and type of invitations, as well as the Creation Method. Select Send Invitations when ready.
  • Guests will be sent the invitation design created by the event organizer.

Ticket Block users can Re-Send Invitations to Unconfirmed Guests - helpful when not many guests have RSVP'd. Ticket Block users can also use Send Message to Guests, which makes sending reminders, save-the-dates, or post-event messages simple.

Download Guest List creates a report about the Ticket Block users guests, including email delivery statuses, guest information uploaded through the Guest List template, and answers to registration questions created by the event organizer.

If there are questions or issues, the Ticket Block user should first contact the event organizer - settings for the event and ticket blocks are managed by the event organizer, and not Event Farm. All questions from Ticket Block users to Support will be directed to the event organizer.
